Careers

At Watermark Healthcare Audit, our technical standard procedures are voluminous and must be updated continuously due to the complexity and changing nature of healthcare reimbursement. On the other hand, since we hire only proven, seasoned professionals, so as not to create an unnecessary tome to bureaucratic verbosity, our personnel policy manual contains only three sections:
  • 1. Employee Benefits
  • 2. Expense Reimbursement and Compensation Calculation
  • 3. Personal Responsibilities
The personal responsibilities section reflects our esteem and confidence for our employee partners, and consists in its entirety of the following:

"You were hired because you are a proven professional. We expect at all times that you will:
  • Show respect to all
  • Follow the letter and spirit of the law
  • Work honestly and diligently for our clients
  • Act as if you were in the presence of your mother
If a situation is not covered by the above, remember that you were hired for your experience and judgment - exercise your best judgment for the benefit of our clients."

Employee Partners - Our Most Valuable Resource

At Watermark Healthcare Audit, we know that our success is directly dependent upon our employee partners' success. We are a very demanding taskmaster and do not tolerate average or below average results. In return, we operate as an objective meritocracy - our compensation plan contains defined metrics which reward performance in a manner that each employee significantly controls their ultimate pay.

Each employee partner must deliver results and must also be an outstanding team member.
